90's Are All That

I was getting myself ready for bed last night, when my wonderful brother posted the most awesome facebook announcement ever.

Teen Nick will be airing 90's Nickelodeon shows in a 2 hour block starting at midnight for the time being. I was uber excited considering those were some of the best shows of my childhood.

As I anxiously awaited midnight, the video montage of the Nick shows began playing and I saw a lot of my fav's: Kenan & Kel, All That, Hey Dude, Pete & Pete, Legends of the Hidden Temple and so on. Then I caught a glimpse of my hero--Stick Stickly. Stick a was staple during summertime Nick show's and a very cool host might I add.

I am a little disappointed that they won't be showing Roundhouse. I a lot of people seem to have forgotten about that show--at least I know I can find the SNICK DVD's at Big Lot's for $1. So I may have to go there to catch some episodes. I figure if you can't get it on Netflix, they just need to bring it back on. Wasn't that the purpose of NickToons and Teen Nick in the first place? (at least they used to show all of these shows). I  do wish they would come on just a little bit earlier, because the boy would love to watch "Doug". We watched "Where on earth is Carmen Sandiego" and "Captain Planet" and he loves both of those shows.  All I need is to find episodes of "Recess", "The Weekenders" and "Pepper Ann" and I will be whole once again.
