Happy Birthday Grandpa

Today the boy and I are headed out of town to spend some time with my grandfather. We are having an 80th birthday party for him at his house and I'm really excited about being about to get out of town for a few hours and see the family.

Here is a picture of his cake--which was awesome by the way. You know I'm a foodie, so the food was good as usual. And my mother made macaroni! Yum...

I had to bring DH back some food since he had to work. Needless to say, he devoured that plate in less than 15 minutes.
