I need what? Oh yea--I forgot about that.

I'm standing in mini-me's room looking around and I can't help but think I'm forgetting something. Something small and not quite so obvious. There are some bigger things that we still have yet to get. But I couldn't help put my finger on it that I was forgetting something so important and yet so random that I would totally be unprepared and up shit's creek (pardon the language), if I didn't get it now. That's when I thought:

"DAMN I NEED BABY BOTTLES!!!"

Even though I'm going to breastfeed, I can't very well take mini to class with me, so she will have to get bottle during the 3 hours I'm gone. How I can forget bottles is beyond me. Even more important: Why did we throw away the boy's bottles to begin with?

26 Weeks

26 weeks today. Yippeee. I think my stomach is starting to take shape--finally...

Cuz my body's to Preggolicious for you babe....

So here I am 25 weeks pregnant, with 15 weeks to go. The more I think about it, the more anxious I get. Time really has flown by--and well, we haven't even bothered to start getting baby stuff yet. Maybe I'm a slacker or maybe I'm in denial at the thought that I'm actually having my 2nd child.

When I was pregnant with my son, we pretty waited until the last minute to get things as well. We both knew we needed to get on the ball, but we always knew we would have things by the time he got here--so maybe that knowledge is what I'm banking on this time around.


Gotta love being pregnant.

23 weeks and bumming it....

Here I am 23 weeks and at the lake straight bumming it. I never go to the beach or the lake dressed appropriately-mainly because I don't really care for the heat, but I don't really like wearing shorts either.Not sure why, but I just don't.

Either way we had a great day, and since it's nearly impossible for me to get great belly shots on a weekly basis, here is one with me and all my preggolicious glory. 23 weeks and loving it!!

Baby's first Carolina Gear

Call me a little biased, but I told myself if I were to have a girl, my sole mission in life would be to deck her out in cute Carolina gear every chance I got. So it's no wonder that her first set of gear and coming home ensemble be what else--but pink Carolina something.

I've found some other things via Etsy that I'm going to have made for her, but this is just something I saw in the store and had to pick up.

20 weeks and Gamecock Baseball

Here I am with the little one, watching my wonderful Gamecocks destroy Georgia Southern University. It was quite random that USC was playing Georgia Southern, so DH and I couldn't resist going to the game. This was like a once in a lifetime opportunity for us.

19 weeks and my brother's graduation

I swear people get the WORST pictures of me. But this made me laugh so I had to share (thanks mom!). My little brother graduated high school today. {tear} And I am so proud of him.

He will be off to college in the fall and all I can say is--good luck. I try not to get sentimental with him, because he'll never take it seriously.
